Surya Group has become the largest G.I. pipes manufacturer

Surya Roshni has become the largest G.I. pipes manufacturer in India with its steel pipes manufacturing units spread over different locations at Bahadurgarh (Haryana), (Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh), Bhuj(Gujarat) and coming up in Shimoga(Karnataka).Renowned for its quality, it has certification from BIS, ASTM, API & European standards.

The quest for expansion of its production facilities of steel pipes is a continuing process to meet the growing demand..

The Surya group is adding fifth and sixth plants at. Bahadurgarh factory to augment the G.I. capacity for meeting this enlarged demand.It has, installed a gas generator set, imported from England for continuous supply of electricity.

Incidentally the steel pipe plant at Bahadurgarh in Delhi (NCR) has the distinction of being one of the largest factories at a single location in India for G.I. pipes.With its constant stress on quality and the rich experience of four decades it has naturally acquired a name as premium brand. The recognition as a quality and reliable supplier does not come by easily.It is reflected in the investment made in every phase of production and marketing.

Surya has installed high speed mills of Japanese technology that ensures high quality and energy saving, The perfect high frequency welding machines imported from England offer 100% leak proof pipes.

The company has kept in mind the needs of quick transportation and efficient logistics to serve it scustomers.With this end in view, the location of steel pipe plant at (Gwalior) would meet effectively the Central India demand. Surya has set up in the same place a plant for making Steel High Mast & Pole with international technology to give the best quality and performance.

The new steel pipe factory in Bhuj (Gujarat) would serve Western India market as well as exports. This plant situated near the port can also avail the benefits of cost effective imports of HR Coils to make available high quality steel pipes made out of imported materials. Eventually it is envisaged that this plant will become one of the largest manufacturing of G.I. pipes in India with the gradual expansion proposed.

Surya is also in the process of expanding in South India with the setting up new pipe manufacturing plant at Shimoga (Karnataka) to cater besides Karnataka the demand fromTamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh & Kerala. Pipe plant with world best technology has been imported for this unit,a subsidiary of Surya global steel tubes ltd.

It would not be out of plave to mention that Surya group also produces pipes for transportation of oil and gas conforming to American Petroleum Institute (API) standards. The group has been manufacturing and supplying such API pipes for a long time from NCR plants and has since commenced from its new factoryat Bhuj(Gujarat) The unit at Bhuj would manufacture steel pipes in the range 4” inch to 100” inch in API quality from grade B to X80.
