Mumbai, November 11th, 2011: It is said that Children are God’s little angels. They are naughty, crazy, witty and inquisitive. ‘November 14 - Children’s Day’ is a day to revisit innocence and the happiness children bring to our lives. Keeping up with the spirit of Children’s Day and taking us back to the curious world of kids is a special program ‘Hum Bhi Agar Bacche Hote’ to be telecasted on COLORS. Audiences can relive their childhood as their favourite telly stars turns kids to entertain them and tickle their funny bone in “Hum Bhi Agar Bacche Hote” on Sunday, November 13 at 1.00 pm and 8.00 pm.

Celebrating the day with the Baccha Party and reliving their childhood days were popular actors Shashank Vyas aka Jagya, Pratyusha Banerjee aka Anandi and Dipika Samson aka Simar. Joining the kiddie gang were Jay Soni and Ragini Khanna along with the two wittiest hosts Mona Singh and Sunil Grover. Adding to the fun and cheer of Children’s Day were the talented kids from Chak Dhoom Dhoom and Chhote Miyan. One of the highlights of the programme was a beautifully choreographed fairy tale - Cinderella act that had the popular couple Anandi-Jagya swaying to romantic numbers like Ajab Si from Om Shanti Om, Te Amo from Dum Maro Dum and Teri Meri from Bodygaurd to name a few. Taking comedy to a new level with her quick timing and infectious laughter was the child youngest child prodigy Saloni.

 If this wasn’t enough, taking the programme to another crescendo was the beautiful Simar of Sasural Simar Ka. The young lady put in a mind blowing fairy act performance to an all time favourite with kids Taare Zameen Par and rounded it off with a nice motivational number from Baadal pe Paon Hain from Chak De India.

 Sharing his thoughts Shashak Vyas aka Jagya said “I love children. And getting to participate in a programme that celebrates children is the best thing any actor can do. Participating in the programme was a great experience as it made me reminisce my childhood.” Expressing her happiness on her participation Pratyusha Banerjee aka Anandi said “Childrens’ Day brings back memories of school wherein on every 14th November we used to be taught about Chacha Nehru and his love for children. We would also celebrate at school with some exciting activities. Also how can I forget, a beautiful red rose which all of us would gift our teachers.” The beautiful and graceful Simar aka Dipika Samson too enjoyed her time with the kids and said “I had an awesome time shooting and interacting with them. I was also very happy to be dancing to the song Taare Zameen Par as it is one of my favourite movies and the song is so beautiful that one can connect with it so beautifully.”
