Pune, October 21st, 2011: After the roaring success of CREDAI Profest East-2011, the second property expo from CREDAI, the Profest West opened with a bang. It was inaugurated at the hands of CREDAI Vice President Hemant Naiknavre. Present on the occasion were Chairman Exhibition Committee- Shravan Agarwal along with CREDAI Members Bharat Agarwal, Amit Parmar, Sanjeev Pate and CMD of Kohinoor Group Krishna Kumar Goel.

The expo is underway at V I T S Hotel, Balewadi Adj. Shivaji Sports Complex till 23rd Oct 2011. The Profest West will exhibit an array of properties from renowned builders having projects in and around Hinjewadi, Wakad, Kothrud, Warje, Bavdhan, Pashan, Balewadi, Baner, Aundh, Pimpri, Chinchwad, Moshi, Talegaon and Tathawade.

It will showcase budget homes of 2 & 3 BHK to luxurious 4, 5 & 6 BHK homes, Bungalows, shops, offices and showrooms. Easy and fast loan facilities are also made available. In total 50 builders are participating in the exhibition

Speaking on the occasion Naiknavre said, “Pune is growing exponentially in IT; Automobiles & Industrial sectors leading to enormous job opportunities. This has given west Pune a unique identity. Availability of basic amenities like good roads, schools, and entertainment facilities the demand for good homes has increased in these areas. Hence, the Profest West will surely benefit the prospective buyers to choose the best options”.

Profest East and Profest West has been initiated and conceptualized to create a location focused showcase of in-demand properties exclusively in the Eastern and Western Zones of Pune. Renowned builders from Pune with projects on offer in these zones will feature in these exhibitions, informed Shravan Agarwal – Chairman- Exhibition Committee, CREDAI-Pune.
