ECAS is a vital component which reflects on the behavioral pattern of the students. The behavioral
characteristics acknowledged for an award, recognition and additional credit are dedication, devotion,
commitment, integrity, self-discipline, sense of responsibility and ownership, leadership and execution
orientation, high level of participation and involvement in the institute’s processes, consistency and
teamwork. Behavior, attitude, habits, character and quality of work are constantly under scrutiny. Any
kind of misbehavior, indiscipline and categorizing will provoke negative marking.
HOSTEL:
The College comprises two well furnished Boys' Hostel and one Girls' Hostel within the City.
As students are joining from the different parts of India, the institution maintains an interstate
cordial relationship among the inmates under constant supervision and strict principles. The
hostel mess is managed by a student representative committee.
CANTEEN:
The institution has a canteen within the college premises to cater the basic needs of the staffs and
students of the college. Good hygienic Meals and Tiffin are provided with concessional rate
FACULTY:
Teachers are the major assets of any institution. The institution has appointed highly qualified
and dedicated faculties of outstanding merit, excellent teaching skills as well as abilities. A
balanced mix of academicians, researchers and professionals from different general sectors
contributes to the institute's academic excellence. They are encouraged to update their
knowledge and skills by allowing them to pursue refresher courses, research work and higher
studies. Part time and visiting faculties are invited to contribute enrich the core courses and
electives offered to the students.
Placements - PIBM has Tie-ups with MANY companies for Business Projects, Summer Internships and Final Placement
Admission Process- Graduate in any discipline with minimum 45%
• Essay Writing: As written communication skill plays a vital role in the industry.
Therefore, the applicants will be required to appear for essay writing on a topic, which
will be given on the spot in the selection centers. The time allotted would be 20 minutes
and candidate needs to write minimum 100 words. The topics would be related to the
business world and candidates who follow the economic times would easily score good
marks. (Maximum Marks : 20)
• Group Discussion and Personal Interview: Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria
would be called for the group discussions and the personal interview. A topic would be
given for Group Discussion to each group wherein the duration would be 25-30 minutes.
This may include topics from current affairs and case studies. Personal Interview will be
conducted after the completion of the Group Discussion. (Maximum Marks : 50)
• Submission Of CAT/MAT/XAT/MH-CET Result/Score: Candidates need to carry valid
CAT/MAT/XAT/MH-CET scorecards photo copy along with original for verification.
Those who have scored fewer percentiles in the above entrances have to compulsorily
appear for PMAT. (Maximum Marks : 20)
• Academic record / Work experience (if any): (Maximum Marks : 10)
• Merit List: The merit list is generated based on the overall performance of the candidates
within 3-4 days of the process.
