Earlier, the property expo was inaugurated at the hands of Prabhakar Deshmukh, (IAS), Divisional Commissioner, Vikas Deshmukh,(IAS), Dist. Collector, Mahesh Pathak (IAS), Municipal Comissioner, PMC, Aashish Sharma,( IAS), Municipal Commissioner, PCMC and Shreerang Landge, Director, Town Planning Dept. of Maharashtra State along with CREDAI members Shravan Agarwal, Anuj Bhandari, Sanjeev Wani, Bharat Agarwal, Amit Parmar, Akil Agarwal. On the occasion Official Directory of CREDAI Pune Metro was also published.
“The expo is been organized to satisfy the basic need of housing of middle class and high class alike. Even though the property rates are increasing, the demand is also growing. Land cost, increased prices of raw material required in construction industry, unavailability of sufficient skilled/ unskilled labour along with different taxes levied by Government makes a project high on cost. There seems bleak possibility of getting properties economical”, explained Magar.
“The expo will have 200 stalls wherein more than 100 reputed builders from Pune, PCMC and adjoining areas will participate. It will have numerous projects of 1, 2, 3BHK along with luxurious 4, 5, 6 BHK flats, Row Houses, Bungalows, Plots under one roof. The registration charges will be waived off for those customers who will book the flat within 30 days of enquiry at expo. Also the customers will have the facility to get the information of best suited location, budget and other important factors under one roof. The home loan facility will be available by HDFC, ICICI, Commercial & Kotak Mahindra Bank and other financial institutions. Since last 11 years CREDAI has been on forefront to organize such expo which has fulfilled dreams of owing home for many customers. CREDAI expo has provided homes to customers not only from Pune but also from Mumbai, Satara, Kolhapur, Solapur, Sangli etc even some customers from abroad”, informed Agarwal.
The Profest-2012, the most awaited & trusted property expo by CREDAI-Pune metro wherein more than 1000 projects will be on display. The three day expo underway at SSPMS College ground & will be open to all between 10.30 am to 8pm.
