This design presents a new concept in the field of loading & un-loading of goods. The director duo of Mid Point Engineers (P) Limited, Mr. Murli Dewangan & Mr. Milind Moghe informed that this new design trolley has received Registration from the Patent Office of the Government of India, bearing the registration No. 234623.
Director duo also informed that the new design of tractor trolley has received wide acceptance due to its facilities & specialities. This design offers very convenient loading / unloading of goods. The bed height of this trolley is only 500 mm from ground level & the foalding type rear door can be spread on to the ground to form a ramp, which can be used to walk-in or drive in to the trolley for loading of goods. In spite of such a low bed height, this trolley is equipped with hydraulic tilting arrangement. Thus the loading / unloading difficulties faced in other vehicles are effectively eliminated in this design. This trolley can be used for transportation of Municipal Solid Waste as well as farm produce, vegetables etc. and many other applications. It has a capacity of 200 cft, which is almost 1.5 times that of a standard tractor trolley, at the same time the wide wheel base gives it the balance required to travel on uneven as well as slopes of up to 30 degrees. It was also informed that the total height of this trolley is about 1400 mm (4 ½ feet), which also makes it possible to load goods from sides if need be. The tilting mechanism of this design is operated by the tractor hydraulics. This being a two wheel trolley, it is very easy to turn / reverse the trolley. The folded design of rear door gives clear visibility to tractor driver while reversing.

The engineer duo also informed that the company, Mid Point Engineers (P) limited is successfully manufacturing Municipal Equipment since last 10 years. They have developed their own designs for many equipment like Hydraulic Sky Lift, Vacuum Suction Machine, Open Drainage Cleaner, Dumper Placer, Container Carries, Tippers etc. Since some local companies have started copying their designs & supplying duplicate & low grade machines, the company decided to get the design of the new tractor trolley registered with the Patent Office, Government on India, so that no one will dare copy this design else they may face severe consequences under Law of the Land. The company is also looking in to the prospect of supplying this equipment in the adjoining states of Maharashtra & Orissa & to export the same. It will not be out of place to mention here that the company is an ISO-9001-2008 certified company since the year 2004 & has also received the prestigious National Small Scale Industries Council (NSIC) rating which is required for export purpose.
