Chhattisgarh State Commercial Tax Department (CGSCTD) partners with Indian Institute of Job Training (IIJT)
* To provide IT Skill training to its employees.
Raipur (May 09, 2011): Indian Institute of Job Training (IIJT), India’s fastest growing vocational skills training company announced their partnership with Chhattisgarh State Commercial Tax Department (CGSCTD) to provide IT skill training to all the district and state headquarters offices of CGSCTD.

IIJT will be training more than 600 government officials nominated by CGSCTD who will then be able to conduct further training programs to other staff members. The training module will consist of the various MS Office applications like MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Post the training, IIJT will provide an online Certificate Test to all the training batches. The certificate will include MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist Certification) by Microsoft Corp.
Mr. Trivedi, Additional Commissioner, CGSCTD said “In today’s government scenario, we aim to reduce paperwork and maintain an online database of our records. This partnership with IIJT is a step in the same direction. It is a one of its kind initiative under the e-governance programme of the Government of India wherein all processes relating to commercial taxation will soon become computerized with our employees getting trained in the necessary skill set to ensure an online database. IIJT has a good brand name and gives lots of emphasis on practical hands on IT training which will help ensure the work efficiency increase by over 200% ”
