Airtel introduces “Navratna”, felicitates retail partners of Raipur region
Institutes “Navratna Little Stars” – a scholarships program for the children of retailers
Announces exciting rewards program including a trip to Bangkok
Raipur & Bilaspur , 13th October, 2012 . Bharti Airtel, a leading global telecom services provider with operations in 20 countries across Asia and Africa, today rolled out a unique national level performance-based recognition and engagement program for its retailer partners called “Navratna”. The program also includes a scholarship program for the children of the identified retailers called the “Navratna Little Stars Scholarship Program”.
An industry first for the state of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, a total of 3412 retail partners have been identified by Airtel as Navratna retailers basis their performance. To recognise the contribution of 335 selected retail partners of Raipur region, a felicitation function was organised. The partners were also provided with an update on their individual performances under the “Navratna” reward scheme.
The highlight of this year’s Navratna program is the “Navratna Little Stars” Scholarship program for the children of the identified Navratna retail partners. Students from class 1 till class 12 are eligible to apply for the scholarships. Purely given on merit, a total of 120 children will be selected from all over the country. The retailers will have to update the details of their children along with the marks obtained in the last annual result. The selection for scholarship will be made on the basis of a pre-defined criterion.

The Navratna program is aimed to provide business enhancement support besides organizing bonding initiatives like birthday celebrations, Family events, special discount offers at various outlets and exciting gifts through lucky draws.
