So, bite your nails in anxiety, jump on your seats in excitement, as CHAK DHOOM DHOOM presents to the nation – its TOP 4 FINALISTS! The young, energetic and extremely talented dancers who have reached the TOP 4 are Piyush Bhagat, Tejaswani Behera, Sparsh Shrivastav and Gauri. To add to the glitz and excitement, Bollywood’s king of comedy and action, the one and only, Akshay Kumar will appear as the celebrity guest at the finale on Saturday, July 24 at 9pm only on COLORS.
Akshay, who plays the role of Sachin Tichkule, a road contractor in his upcoming film ‘Khatta Meetha’ will join the existing panel of judges including Pony Verma, Ahmed Khan, Bosco-Caesar and Saroj Khan to break all roadblocks and add some khatta meetha moments on the show. Having heard this news, the little wonders are putting in their heart and soul into each performance and are keeping their spirits high to ensure they get the well deserved praise and encouragement from the supertstar. Everything from rocking Disco to graceful Tango, effortless Kathak to Chatpati Lavni; the finale will be a mix of surprise packages and is sure to sizzle with Akshay’s presence.
From over thousand talented junior dancers to the FINAL TOP 4, these finalists have proved that they are India’s best upcoming junior dancing stars! Piyush Bhagat, a rockstar from Jammu who sets the stage on fire with his electrifying performances has reached the finale of Chak Dhoom Dhoom. Piyush has trained in freestyle for five years but finds his forte in Hip Hop. The twelve year old finalist has surprised the judges with his ‘Lockin and Poppin’ techniques. Tejaswani Beherais another dancing sensation from Orissa who has made it to the Top 4. She is a trained dancer in Kathak and is also learning Hip Hop and freestyle. Tejaswani has always met with the judges’ expectations and amazed them with her consistent, flawless energetic performances. Agra’s Sparsh Shrivastav who has trained under his mother’s wing specializes in folk, Kathak and Bollywood and has bedazzled the judges time and again with his priceless expressions and style. The youngest in the lot, Gauri Ingwale, nine year of age from Satara, is a trained dancer in learning Bharatnatyam and Kathak, was also training in Folk and western freestyle. She has always met with the judge’s expectations and amazed them with her consistent, flawless energetic performances. Gauri got a second chance in her show after the Wild card round. To encourage and cheer for our four finalist hamari little host, Saloni along with Parvesh Rana will be also be present at the show.
